Unhappy customer I regret the day I signed the contract with this company, it's very useless and I feel it's *****ing from me, a month after I signed up with them, I started experiencing problems with my car battery, I called them I was offered a technician who ddnt resolve my problem only to promise that everything is well and sadly he damaged my cabin. Then after a month or 2 months later I called netstar, they sent another technician who discovered that the 1st technician ddnt only damage my cabion he also broke my passenger front light and he reported that matter to his supervisor then I should expect a call from him, it's the 3 week without any call today I went to buy another battery that was damaged by their device, to my surprise there was a disconnection of the car battery there was no call from netstar to check if it's me or if someone is fiddling my car. We are not save with netstar service at all my money is going down the drain😭😭😭😭😭I would not recommend anyone to use their service, they are not only taking my money they damaged my car.
