Complaint - Newspower Daisy Hill

We are disgusted by the rude individual (man with glasses) at the front counter that my wife encountered on 10 Jan 2020. He was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful towards my wife who had our 7-week-old child with her. He also appeared to not know which courier services they use, something that should be common knowledge for someone working at a news agency. My wife had to beg him to look for her parcel, for him to find it not even 30 seconds later. What happened to decent customer service? Not just that, but how about some basic decent human empathy towards a mother holding her 7-week-old child! The ***ard wouldn’t even give us his name when I told him I wanted to make a complaint against him to his manager. This is why we, the customers, have no choice but to post these complaints publicly.
