UNSTABLE android platform

The ANDROID APP is UNSTABLE. When scrolling news, it jumps all over the place and to next article. If one wants to view an article, it will be selected. I'm a PAYING ONLINE SUBSCRIBER but am considering switching to Daily MAVERICK or another news provider. I sent an email to support a month ago but no response so its not working for me.
