Shocking service with delivery of my Fair Layd

I subscribed to the Fair Lady. From day 1 it was disastrous. Every month, I think bar 1, I had to follow up weekly where my Fair Lady was. The standard reply from Vanessa was, I will follow up with our delivery partner and come back to you. Which would be never. If I did not follow up, I did not receive a reply. In this time where almost no one buys magazines anymore, I am absolutely disappointed at the absolutely shocking service. I cannot recommend them and I would not recommend getting a subscription.
