Don't give what you pay for!

In South Africa, we get used to things that don't work. In our daily lives, we now get the News via the Internet rather than newspapers. It's the 21st Century! I subscribed to News24 and happily paid for about a year - and then it all went wrong. Suddenly I could no longer access what I was paying for. The site informed me I was logged in, but could not access subscriber news because I was not logged in! ***! I wrote letters to them, tried to call them - and got the standard reply "delete the app, reload it, log in again, etc"... which I did. I give up. I canceled my subscription, and they currently have a special for R7 (instead of R75) per month. I tried once again to subscribe for that, but I can't, because I'm already a subscriber! Although I canceled my subscription. News24 works about as well as the ANC. What a pity.
