Poor service - rude manager

On 30th Nov me and my coll went to News cafe in Rosebank - we were from a team building, its convenient for us because it just across the street from where we working. Everything was fine, until we wanted to sit inside, as we were sitting outside. We got an empty table inside, few minutes later, the waiter chased us out and said the table was reserved, even though it had no sign - we then went out. Later we went inside to look for a table again, we got a table next to the one we were initially chased away from. Bruce which was our waiter, came and told us to move to the table we were initially told its reserved and we told him we don't want to kove, as we were initially chased from that table and there were two ladies sitting there. Bruce insisted that we move and even called the manager. The manager (Purity) was so rude and told us that, if we dont want to move- we can leave, just like that. Before we leave l, we went to Purity to try and resolve thi- she was talking alot and didnt want to listen to us and even had the decency to call a bouncer to take us out, as if we were fighting or causing chaos. She said "you can write about this on social media, I dont care" Her exact to the bouncer "take them out of this place, take them out - away from this place" It's so disappointing to have experienced such undermining behavior from a so called manager, that lacks customer service and conflict resolution s****s. It's so disappointing because we're regular customers and we usually buy breakfast there and lunch there, as it's just across our workace and some of your waiters know us - but the service we received was soooo underminig and dissapointing to say the least.
