Behavioral deficiency

Wow, I had a very shocking behavior at News Cafe Rivonia by a manager called Jason, the gentleman does not have managerious skills, such ppl shouldn’t be allowed to ran other ppls s businesses! I ordered a ****tail only one yesterday I was sitting for lunch alone, I am a lady! After that ****tail I decided to not have lunch there, I paid for the ****tail and left, when I got home I passed out on the couch until this morning at 3am from 6pm, I was vomiting and feeling sick, went to Dr he says alcohol poisoning, I called News Cafe to talk to the Manager, they gave me Jason, Wow!!! I didn’t call to get a refund or for my medical bills to be paid, I called because I was concerned, he didn’t even listen, he asked me what I wanted then! What do I want to achieve, no sympathy whatsoever, he even hanged the phone on me! There seem to be social economic and cultural differences from where he comes from and the community that he serves!
