unattended customer

<p>I went to News Cafe Northgate last night on the 8th October 2016. Around closing time as I was sitting waiting for my friend to finish her drink,the waitress was packing up. As she came towards our table as she carried a tray full of sugar containers pepper glass container fell on my toes n I started bleeding. I was told that the manager was busy cashing up n if i want i should wait for the manager. I told them i dont want to see the manager i want the waitress to apologise. The waitress refused to apologise for hitting my toe with a pepper glass container or leaving broken glasses on the floor where i was sitting. I'm not happy with what has happened it was just a poor service I got from News Cafe Northgate.</p>
