Poor waiter service

The male waiter **** to me that they don't assist clients to celebrate their birthdays and when l asked female waiter for the same service she agreed that they do it. Unfortunately the female waiter brought that make waiter to do the candle lighting, all l can say my celebration was a flop because of poor service.
