NEWPEAK CONSULTING (PTY) LTD Training, we just want our money back!

Our company paid an amount of R7 990 on 30/07/2018 to NEWPEAK CONSULTING (PTY) LTD for a training course XBRL Financial & Business Reporting Training that was supposed to happen 23 – 24 /08/2018. A few days before the training we followed up with regards to the final arrangements. We were told that the course is postponed as there were not enough attendees. I requested a refund. It is now June 2019 and we are struggling to get the balance of R5 490 (they have paid R2 500 on 11/04/2019). I follow up every week and get told that they are waiting for money from clients. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and *********. The lady I deal with is Nonhlanhla ********** ********** & ********** ). Please could you help us to sort this out as I am getting nowhere with this organisation?
