Newline Logistics - Poor Service Delivery

I have been using Newline Logistics for some time in 2022 Service was good and continued supporting them

Then they lost a portion of my parcel, I was assured on a number of occasions it would be sorted out. After many communications up and down the still have not replaced my items that they lost, making empty promises and every time making excuses why it has not been sorted out.

Now, they do not respond to my messages anymore, as they know I am not based in South Africa but in Zambia I cannot get to them face to face to resolve

I would just like to state my disappointment in these people, as this is not the company but an individual, I was dealing with that is not willing to resolve this matter, this is the worst customer service I have ever experience

People / companies should not get away with this kind of attitude Fortunitly I have everything in writing so we will take the next stel soon
