lack of services

Im currently residing in innerwest place newlands west Durban right behind a Durban municipality parks and gardens depo on loop west drive I have visited the reception twice now to lay a complaint of the open space behind my home where grass and trees and starting to grow over my property. I have spoken to the reception who gave me a manager or supervisor name who is princess whom i was asked to call last friday in which i did . i have been trying to call from friday they answer then the call cut .. i need to someone to please advise how to get this sorted out because when u walk in the depo everyone is just sitting and relaxn or even sleeping where as right behind the depo the grass and trees are over grown and not been attended to ... is this not part of the job description to have the area neat . the receptionist attitude is pathetic and does not even sit at her front desk. when i gt there to report the matter i had to call out to get help she was busy for more than half hour in toilet .. is this how municipality works and get paid for ..
