Poor service! False adverti*****t!

Booked at Newlands country lodge in Kimberley. The place we arrived at was nothing like what was on the adverti*****t!! You need to drive through an informal settlement to reach the vennue. ( unknown area at night). The unit is in a bad condition inside. ( Pictures availabe). Only one blanket and a duvet avilable for each bed and futher more the aircon doesn't work!!! It is now 04;30 in the morning and the music of a nearby tavern is still pounding!! When I contacted the Lekkerslaap agent upon arrival, there was apparentley no other accomodation available in n raduis of 150 km!! At 20:30 at night after driving for 350km we had no other choise to stay, but this will be the last time we use Lekkerslaap for a booking! Stay clear from Lekkerslaap and Newlands country lodge.
