Unprofessional and Unresponsive Company

One of the most ********* and unprofessional electrical service providers you could ever deal with. I saw a previous review wanting to give this company less than one star and I must agree! There technician, Charles, rushed his inspection of my fireplace because he was late for another appointment and it was a Friday afternoon. A replacement part was needed from the supplier which I HAD TO EVENTUALLY SOURCE a week later because no one from NewGees was competent enough to follow up with the supplier for the part. Eventually, I dealt directly with the supplier to assist with my repair. Horrible experience with a company that has no respect for their customers
