Newgate flats are the end of you life don’t go there

I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to rent in Newgate flats, based in Johannesburg. 108 Rahima Moosa street. We didn’t have electricity for 6 to 7 days they dishonest with their tenants, we were advised we received sms about electricity issue I asked almost 10 tenants no one received anything and they advised that there poster advising that we have electricity issue nothing was provided. Management lacks communication with the tenants, we would ask security team they also on a blind spot. My groceries got rotten as schools were closed, my food was spoiled and I’m told to pay a full rent while my children didn’t even enjoy their holidays as we lacked food. It has happened for more than 3 times and we are left with financial difficulties as they can’t even accommodate our needs. I have proof of emails that confirms their dishonesty I guess we could die in that building and they would probably protect their name that save their tenants. Can this be passed through the right hands to help with this issue as we cannot afford to be ****** by building we don’t know who handles it with lack of proper security but with carrying people. How am I supposed to pay rent and buy food that I’ve already bought and got spoiled for an amount of 3.9rands. Life is expensive for them to be lying and fooling around with our lives. Now I have no electricity but they can’t accommodate me and my family to buy food. As whole meat, ice creams yoghurt’s fruit are feed to the bin
