Terrible service from online store Newchic

I placed an order with Newchic on the 13th of August 2018, after several e-mails and phone calls the only response i received was a return e-mail with a tracking number showing my items have not even been shipped yet. On the one item they had no stock and i am still waiting for my refund as we speak.

The first proper response received was on the 25th of October on which they confirmed my full order will be refunded. I am still eagerly awaiting my shipment / credit ! It is companies like these that give online purchasing a very very bad name. I will most definitely not trust online purchases again.
