Serious misrepresentation

Ordered a hothouse for plants not realising they were out of the country. Tried to cancel order straight away. No luck. Said item had been processed for shipping. 3 weeks later this piece of plastic arrived like a suit cover. No supports or shelf as advertised. Stay away from them. Misrepresentation in the extreme
