poor service

placed an order with new chic and paid my tax and I was advised that i will get my order on the 4th of march till today i haven't heard anything from them i tried sending emails (no response),calling their lines (lines always busy) and sending WhatsApp(no response).i want to know when am i going to get my orders BUFZA***YQ/BUFZA***YQ
