Not as advertised

I ordered a 5 canvas print from Newchic. What a *******. I received 5 pieces of material - no frames. The moon on the prints are eggshape not round - the same effect you get when you enlarge a picture. Two of the prints have been cut skew and 3 of them has a white rind on one side that should not have been there. On top of all this, the ink of the print rubs off with the slightest touch. After spending about R300 already, I am not prepared to pay the cost to return this to them and I can't imagine what they will do with this product when they receive it back. When I complained about the product not being delivered previously, I was given 100 points to use on their site - on what? Products like this? No thank you, stay away from this site.
