New Chic = No Chic

I ordered a bag form New Chic on the 12/7/2018 and was told that it could take anything from 7 to 35 working days. I contacted them weekly after the cut off period of 35 days and was continuously told that my package would arrived. I was instructed to contact the local post office and check for my package. Which I did with no luck. I waited 13 weeks (65 working days) and cancelled my package for a refund. It has now been almost a month and I have yet to receive my refund.
