By the 15th day contacted the logistics provider to be informed that the item has not been given to them from newchic warehouse due to Chinese new year. this is blatant *****ery. If you advertise a 7 to 15 day delivery window and make people pay for it then turn around and not honor it, you are a *****. to this day Newchic cannot tell me where the item actually is. they simply keep claiming to wait until it arrives.
