Didn't receive my rainboots

This is partly on me I guess, but last year right before March when covid was still just reaching the world, I ordered some cute rainboots off of newchic, thinking that nah, postal services and everything is struggling with the lockdown and everything, I waited a month, and that month turned into more and more, and now it's almost a year. Never got my rainboots.

I didn't trust the site all that much so used PayPal money I couldn't get into a real account, and just wanted to test them out.
