Correct information is the key to a successful online shop

It would help if Newchic company states on their site that delivery to certain countries will be a problem. I have purchased from Newchic and the courier company they used was unable to deliver my goods. It has now been over two months, a lot of money spend, no refund and a big fight with the courier company branch in South Africa to try and get my purchases. I feel that online companies should just indicate to potential buyers that shipping to certain countries and areas will be difficult. There is not much more that I can do but to just try and warn potential buyers to be careful when purchasing from Newchic. It is extremely difficult to receive your parcel in South Africa. Newchic will not admit to this, but just be careful. It is not acceptable to spend your well earned money on purchasing and not receiving. The courier company they use is Buffalo Logistics. It is sad, I lost a large sum of money due to being stupid. Please be careful!
