Cheap junk - based in Cyprus

I recently purchased 2 items online from Newchic. The items that they advertised looked soft and bright. Yesterday I received my delivery only to discover that the material they used is cheap and nasty and not at all like the product advertised. I cannot return the items because the delivery charge is **********. Please buy nothing from this company in the future, as you will just be throwing away your money.
