Bad service, bad updates

I purchased bag and shoes in 15.05.2018, on numerous chats with Newchic i have asked updates on my parcels, and they keep telling due to weather, customs, etc looking at 7 to 35 days, whatever. Today again i ask, now they want to give me points. I am so frustrated with this company that cant give me answers about where my parcels are, there have been no update on the whereabouts of these parcels.
