Awesome customer service

I bought 3 beautiful bras and when they arrived they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and was advised that the China market sizing is much smaller than Australian sizing. I was given the option of refund or exchange straight away with no argument. I am now having another order sent to me in the correct sizing and I couldn't be happier.
