DISASTROUS REPAIR SHOP

NEVER TAKE A WATCH OR CLOCK TO BE REPAIRED TO THIS STORE. I took a mantle piece clock in on 25th October 2021 and called after 2 months to be told he hasn't touched it as yet. After another two weeks on calling he still hadn't started the repair . I was then informed he can take up to one year or more to do a repair. Why does he not tell you that when you take the repair in. I advised I would be in to collect my clock in week. That week I called to say I could not make it and will be in the following week ..when I went in he went to his shambles at the back - you can see in from the front of the store- and picked up an empty mantle clock and was attempting to assemble it. . When I asked how long it would still take as I had instructed him to leave the repair he shouted that I must keep quiet and stop harassing him. After 15 minutes he brought the clock out and I noticed it wasn't mine....even having given him my slip and the responding number being on my clock he NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. he went back into the back brought my clock out which obviously is not repaired but ALSO MY CLOCK KEY IS MISSING....DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP
