Rotten food being fed to patients

When I thought I've seen it all today in this hospital then they dished spoiled supper. The rice and pilchard they saved had a smell it was sour. They lady from the the kitchen came back running to tell everyone to bring back the food. Unfortunately for some they already ate. Not even an apology. The hospital staff and their doctors when u ask something they will tell u straight they busy while u see them they having nice chit chats
