Terrible Service

I have called the municipality several times regarding a water leak next to my water meter which is situated outside of my property. They promised to send someone to sort the problem out but no one has come. Last month my bill was R1400 and this month I had to pay R3200 due to the leak which I have only noticed recently. Our Municipality is really useless and very unhelpful !!!
