No water

In Dundee , Strathmore park, This whole week water supply is put off at about 12:00 and only restored at 05:00 in the morning, most people work until after 16:00, please tell me how do we make food, bath, wash clothes?.Thursday i managed to get hold of them and water was back within 20min, why do they put the water supply of when it is needed ?. Maby we should start marching and burning tyres maby we will be noticed, it is totally unacceptable.
