Newcastle municipality is full of it

Newcastle municipality is so not professional, i paid the electricity bill on Friday morning around 10 and they told me they'll re connect it that day, when i call them late that day because they hadn't contacted it they tell me no one is working they'll open it on Monday. so i have to stay without electricity the whole weekend without electricity that i had already paid for. why do they even put the number to call after 4 if they are not available.
