DEGRADED

I was at the Municipality at 4pm today to get my account statement as i had HONESTLY forgotten to pay. I quickly went to pay for the account as my services were disconnected. The lady that was helping me was busy assisting and chatting to me and left for a minute to do copies. Wen a man called Bongani Zwane who was not working at the reconnection table came and Rudely asked me why is my account closed. Said that if i ws staying wit him nd i had forgotten to pay he would have shown me where to get off. I started having an argument and though perhaps he would stop since he ws a man and i am a woman. I was not in the mood to entertain him so thn i told him to kindly stop as this ws getting loud and boring. It was not professional to degrade me nd say Glamour women like me are very rude and i told him that i am being rude because i was not there to complain i was there just 2 reconnect the services. Him ranting and raving and making me feel inferior because i am GLAMOURIOUS,as he puts it has nothing to do with him. It ws not his place. I reported to the Credit Control Manager who couldnt get the Bongani Zwane to apologies but he just couldnt sincerly say I am sorry.Very Unhappy
