Worst after sales in all the land !

I would just like to sincerely thank New World Menlyn for providing me with the worst service imaginable. I would rather put a cobra up my **** than ever do businesses with a bunch of rude people like you. After talking with one of the managers, the fool instigated an agressive argument where he then explained to me that " I am only here to cause ****" for complaining why fixing a microwave will take more than a month to fix for god knows what reason. He then explained to me that I don't need a microwave (and that I should make another plan). Thanks for the service I received. Seems to me its better to support the big guys like Game or Dion than to deal with unprofessional service from a smaller business. Atleast I know what to expect and not being screamed.
