Very unpleasant experience with regards to exchanges.

<p>Store is unwilling to exchange items, while no returns or exchange policies are on their receipts. </p> <p>I am aware that this product was purchased in April of this year, yet the product is still in its original condition, with proof of purchase. </p> <p>I do not want my money back, I want to exchange it for a product of a much higher value. </p> <p>We will never support New World again. </p>
