Very Poor Service

I went to buy a standing fan at New World in Menlyn Shopping Centre. The store was very quiet and there were numerous staff members present but not one person was able to assist me. I eventually asked a staff member to point me in the direction of the product I was looking for. After paying for the product I asked the cashier if someone was able to assist me in carrying the product to the car to which she rep**** \all our guys are busy". I promptly requested a refund because I was appalled by her attitude and the level of service. She went to her manager who upon hearing I wanted a refund managed to find someone to assist me. I will certainly not be going back there and I will also not recommend New World to friends and family."""
