The most distasteful service

<p>We went to buy a brand new laptop from New World Menlyn Park. To discover that what we requested for the specs of the laptop to do is in fact the complete opposite. They refuse to give us our money back. They refuse to let us get a word in. I have never had such bad after sales service in my life!</p> <p>What's sad is that it was the OWNER Lesley who was as bad as his staff.</p>
