The client service SUCK!!!

Firstly when I walked into the shop, no one was available to help me when I had an enquiry. Secondly when I asked the shop assistant to send someone to fetch my goods out of the Store Room she said they will only be able to get my goods all at the same time. I spend R8000. They made me wait 1hour before all my goods arrived. They made me wait outside of the shop because I was asking about my goods. Staff standing around eating and drinking infront of clients is very bad taste. Service in New World Pharmacy in Menlyn Park shopping centre is up to ****.
