I have never in my life been so frustrated... they are a service provider with King Price... after lots of phone calls eventualy New Word delivered my new appliances to my door great stuff...<br> <br> Every thing switched on worked perfect but our new ps4 no power, so my husband told me it is fine, they gave him a slip with the delivery and they have a 7day return policy...<br> <br> What a load of nonsense...whent there defective ps4 in hand and the refuse to swop it for a new one... how can any one ever have that type of attitude and expect return business? I am not just upset with them but with king price for contracting people like them to service there clients.<br> <br> I will new out of my own go to new wold again...
