Really bad service

I went to this store with my grandparents but were so shock at how the staff yelled at a lady. This one guy Dave told her that she is a p--- and that she is stupid and should f--- off.

Really this is how a normal retail guy talks to a lady who is a customer? Shocking! We asked the guy assisting us where the manager is on which he rep**** that he is just as useless.

When you looked on their website it is more complaints about their service than anything else. How come nothing gets done about this? Is head office not aware or are they just as (how Dave would call it) stupid?
