Pathetic Quality

<p>My wife bought a Carmen Turblo Twister 2200w in March 2016. After 6 months it did not go onto "slow mode "and smelled as if it was melting. </p> <p> </p> <p>We took the trouble of taking it back to New World Menlyn on Sunday 25 September 2016, where they refused to exchange it, informing us that the "rep" needed to look at it on Monday 26 Sept 2016. On Monday we were informed that we could pickup a "new" unit at New World. This so called "NEW" unit swithes between the two speeds but the motor noise and air speed do not change.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Is Sp-africa and New World in cahoots in dumping ******* onto the South African market?</p> <p> </p>
