Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Went to New World Menlyn yesterday - 2016-12-23 - to buy a pretty nice Casio G-Shock watch. Sales assistant was extremely rude. After being politely asked a couple of simple questions with respect to the unit on display, her attitude was that since they are supposedly the "cheapest" on Casio watches, I should accept her responses or go somewhere else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well, guess what New World - just because you are the "cheapest" does not mean that I have to buy from you. It is not about the money and "money" is not a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went out and bought a different watch from a competitor. Spent twice as much, received excellent customer service from the competitor and could not be happier.</p> <p> </p> <p>New World Menlyn will never receive any business from me in the future.</p>
