New World Old & No Service

<p>Extremely disappointed with after care service !Actually NO service !! Brand New Unit taken in for repairs (not even 6 months old) in original packaging waiting almost 2 months with NO feedback & being promised each time we phone in that we will be phoned back .. still NO calls received!! Surely this is not acceptable !!</p>
