New World Menly - worst experience ever - stay away

New World Menlyn the worst client service ever. Waited for 10 min for staff to confirm stock. When I came back 10 mins later to buy they have no stock. They confirmed independently to myself and my wife just 10 mins earlier. Claimed innocence. Manager did not even want to get off his chair to hear my complaint. Other clients confirmed with us how bad service is. They have been waiting more than 10 minutes for service. Stay away. Rest of Menlyn shopping centre much better experience. Ended up buying from Hyperama House and Home next door. Great service from them. New Word Menlyn. The worst experience ever. Stay away.
