Lazy salesperson with bad attitude

Today I received the worst service ever at this store. We phoned to enquire about an item. We were told that they have stock. After driving 120km to get the item, the person who answered the phone does not exist. The lady who didn’t assist us, just bluntly said they don’t have stock. We know the other person checked the storeroom, but this lazy sales person lost them a customer forever! I Used to be a loyal customer that spent more than a hundred thousand rand at this store in this year alone.
