Just want sale not helping uninformed customers right.

Me and my Partner had a huge claim from Outsurance and New World was selected. With all the good we losts our DSTV Explora 2 was part of that. Only the Explora 3 was available and i wasn't sure if we had to take with or without installation. In the end we took with out installation because we thought all the wires and dish on roof is already installed it would not be that mush to get connected again. Not once did they inform us that this Decoders need new wiring and everything. In the end it cost us over R3000 just to get the decoder sorted out . Where it would have been R700 decoder with installation.
