Disappointed in New World products and sales pitch,

I bought Polk Audio Speakers along with 50K other equipment just over a year ago from New World Menlyn. And funnily enough the guarantee is 12 months on american Polk Audio Speakers worth 8K

Its now March and the one front T50 Tower set has started distorting. I also found out that the whole speaker which shows three drivers and a tweeter actually just has one driver and a tweeter. The other two is just for show...they didn't mention this to me.

So, now I sit here with a 8K speaker system that sounds worse than the cheap system of my neighbor.

So much for quality and cost,
