Bad, very bad service , poor customer service

New world forcing me to buy goods from them cause they cannot refund me , the senior stuff member very arrogant and good costumer service is not practiced at all, I really struggled and always they will say they will call me back, but I had to be the one calling back, I still haven't received my refund cause and Item is expensive at their shop and want to buy it somewhere.
