Bad Service

I went to the shop to purchase speaker wire and some other items. There was NO ONE available to assist with the speaker cable (it is in rolls and need to be measured and cut to length) I asked several people standing around and chatting. Each one referred me to the next. After the fifth attempt I gave up and left. It was 20H25 on a Friday night with more staff than customers! What pathetic service! I will not bother to go there again!
