Appalling service

<p>I visited the shop today looking for some advice on a remote I have. I walked around for literally half an hour like a fool looking for someone to assist me, most of the shop assistants just ignored me. They made no eye contact, stood together in groups of two chatting with eachother. On my way out, I made one last desperate attempt to get some assistance when an elderly African man (Hendrik) noticed me and helped me. There is literally only one person in that whole shop who did their job.</p>
