Terrible Service - Alpha Blue Flame Heater

Bought an Alpha Blue Flame heater from New World for a lot of money. It never worked properly - only runs for a short time then stops.

Service was worse than the product. - Emails/WhatsApps take over a week for a reply, or not at all. - Sent it for repair, technician "found no fault". - No loan heater offered for my elderly family member while waiting.

The kicker: An 80-year-old fixed it in under 1 hour at home. That says everything about their "technicians" and the quality they sell.

I bought a similar heater elsewhere for HALF the price and it works perfectly.
